  1. Targets:

  • Creating awareness on the prospects of Maize, sugarcane-based 45 bio projects, and Biotechnology industrial parks with KVC - knowledge value chain - 4.0. AI, IoT (Digitalizing), RDI (applied Research), Academia (Basic research), and materializing it. It would be creating assignments for faculty and job for graduates.

  • TEC offers the Academia, ICT/IT companies and professionals to join hands for developing “Academia-Industry–Govt. helix”, setting up “SME Development Centre” - BKIT (Bank/Finance, Knowledge, ICT/IT, Training) under one roof, Knowledge shop & knowledge corridor with G20 countries, KVC - 21st century SEZ at 4 pillars and BDSP (Business development service providers) forum. Taking expatriates in the loop.

  • Setting up Biotechnology 21st century SEZ at 4 pillars: UNIDO Eco - Vietnam, KVC, integration with LMM, BDSP

  • Youth–SME–G20 triangle for 5 level links (Export, joint venture, Technology, Training, competitiveness) for PU alumni

  2. Agenda:

  • Seminar for local investors: Biotechnology industrial park. Maize, sugarcane-based 45 Bio projects by inviting top 300 industrialists, BKIT institutions, BDSP, and relevant Govt. departments.

  • International Webinar G20 top 50 cities, investors, BKIT organizations, and expats for setting up IRC-BKIT and ICT/IT tower for KVC.

  3. End results:

  • Academia, R&D Institutes, BDSP capacity building by integration with industry, BKIT institutions & G20 countries relevant organizations

  • Materializing long talked about, Academia-Industry-Govt. helix for effective facilitation and setting up 21st-century Biotechnology SEZ

  • Creating assignments for faculty, job for students, and income for organizations.   



  • Collaborative arrangements with Banks / financial institutions

  • Knowledge shop: Joining hand with R&D institutes & universities

  • ICT/IT products or SME under one roof

  • Organizing the industrial workers' training ladder.

  • For setting up 60,000 T/Y Ethanol, DDGS, Corn oil projects along with 20 Maize-based projects industrial estate infrastructure and utilities.

  • There is a great unexplored potential of win-win economic cooperation between Pakistan and Europe due to the following factors:                                               

    i. Pakistan has cheaper raw materials, labor force,               freight to the Middle East, Central Asia, West Asia. 


    ii. Europe has the technology, equipment, and finance

  • We are looking for long-term collaboration in the food processing, Chemical, and Biotechnology sectors.
