Creating awareness on the prospects of Maize, sugarcane-based 45 bio projects, and Biotechnology industrial parks with KVC - knowledge value chain - 4.0. AI, IoT (Digitalizing), RDI (applied Research), Academia (Basic research), and materializing it. It would be creating assignments for faculty and job for graduates.

TEC offers the Academia, ICT/IT companies and professionals to join hands for developing “Academia-Industry–Govt. helix”, setting up “SME Development Centre” - BKIT (Bank/Finance, Knowledge, ICT/IT, Training) under one roof, Knowledge shop & knowledge corridor with G20 countries, KVC - 21st century SEZ at 4 pillars and BDSP (Business development service providers) forum. Taking expatriates in the loop.

Seminar for local investors: Biotechnology industrial park. Maize, sugarcane-based 45 Bio projects by inviting top 300 industrialists, BKIT institutions, BDSP, and relevant Govt. departments.

International Webinar G20 top 50 cities, investors, BKIT organizations, and expats for setting up IRC-BKIT and ICT/IT tower for KVC.

i. Pakistan has cheaper raw materials, labor force, freight to the Middle East, Central Asia, West Asia.
ii. Europe has the technology, equipment, and finance.
